As Regional Property Manager, Tripp is responsible for a portfolio of commercial office, industrial and retail properties in the Carolinas. He prides himself on meeting client needs with emphasis on tenant satisfaction, accounting accuracy and overseeing the day-to-day maintenance needs for the assets.

Prior to joining Commonwealth, Tripp worked on the Facility and Vendor management side of the business and brings 10+ years of experience thru this diverse background. This experience helps guide our clients in the decision-making process for their properties. In his spare time, Tripp enjoys watching App State football (Go Mountaineers!) and exploring all that North Carolina has to offer with his girlfriend, Katie, and their 2 Golden Retrievers, Hazel, and Winnie.
