As a Property Manager, Patricia manages a variety of Class-A office locations throughout the Richmond area. Her responsibilities include coordinating vendor services, overseeing lease compliance, building tenant relations, and financial reporting services.

Patricia joined Commonwealth Commercial Partners, Inc. in May of 2011. Prior to joining Commonwealth Commercial, she was with Liberty Property Trust for four years where she worked in marketing, leasing, property management administration and as a Property Manager. She has worked for various Owners locally and internationally during her 15-year tenure with CCP. She currently manages 14 properties and over 1 million square feet of office space while overseeing the Richmond Tenant Services department.

Patricia received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kansas State University in 2003 with an emphasis in Marketing and International Business. She has completed various BOMI classes over the years, received her Real Estate License in 2013.

Patricia and her husband moved to Richmond from the Kansas City area in February 2007.  Their hobbies include tennis, cooking, travel and wine tasting and education and cheering on their Alma Mater, Kansas State University Wildcats.  They reside in Glen Allen, VA with their two boys (14yo and 9yo) and their Blue Heeler, Shiner-Bock.  When not bouncing around with their kids and activities, they enjoy tending to their land and vineyard in Caroline County, VA.
