Michael began his career at Commonwealth Commercial in 2017 as an Assistant Property Manager. Over time, he advanced to Senior Property Manager, becoming a key member of the Richmond Property Management team. He has overseen portfolios exceeding one million square feet and managed relationships with more than 100 tenants. His expertise spans various asset classes, including Class A office spaces, retail properties, and medical office buildings (MOB).

Recently, Michael has taken on a leadership position within the Richmond Property Management team, where he has contributed to developing new roles that enhance efficiency and support. He also has experience hiring and supervising team members.

Known for his calm and approachable nature, Michael’s demeanor lends itself well to effective leadership and tackling any challenges. His motivation and positive attitude inspire those around him.

Michael earned his real estate degree from Virginia Tech and remains active in the program, speaking to classes and representing the field at career fairs.
