As Senior Property Manager, Matt is responsible for oversight of the current property portfolio in Nashville. He prides himself on meeting client needs with emphasis on tenant satisfaction, accounting accuracy and overseeing all day-to-day maintenance needs for the assets.

Prior to joining Commonwealth, Matt worked with a local developer owner in the Northeast where we wore many hats to include leasing, property management and some development. Most recently he worked with Cushman and Wakefield as a Transaction Manager on the occupier side of the business for a regional healthcare company.
