Liz joined Commonwealth Commercial’s Retail Sales & Leasing Team in November 2024. Liz started her career in commercial real estate with CoStar Group, where she held roles in client relations and research. Before joining the Commonwealth team, she worked with a private real estate investment group, where she managed the day-to-day operations of a large multifamily portfolio, negotiated commercial leases and renewals, and assisted with property acquisitions.

A native of Eastern North Carolina, Liz spent summers & holidays in Richmond with family. She relocated in 2019 and lives in Malvern Gardens with her springer spaniel, Katie.
