Commonwealth Commercial is pleased to announce Big E Ranch LLC, Big E. Ranch II LLC and Big E. Ranch III LLC purchased 547 acres at 11301 Trents Bridge Road and 16700 and 16990 Exter Mill Road in Chesterfield for $3.8 million from Heart of Virginia Council. Colton Konvicka and Chris Jenkins with CCP represented the buyer.

Also this week, 2227 Station Road LLC purchased 9,800 square feet at 2227 Station Road in Chesterfield for $2.8 million from James River Real Estate Co. Ben Bruni represented the buyer.
