Scott is an Associate specializing in Land Sales. Prior to joining Commonwealth in January, 2023, Scott graduated fromHampden- Sydney College with a Bachelor of Arts in History with a Minor in Rhetoric. After graduation, Scott worked at a 2,000+ acre dude ranch working in land management and hospitality.

Scott’s partial sales list includes:

• 70 acre farm in Greensville
• 157 acre Timber tract in Brunswick
• 400 acre farm in Sussex
• The Southerly development in Franklin
• Part of a large Charles City portfolio
• 91 acre farm on the James River
• 5,000 sq ft. restaurant in Emporia

Scott enjoys hunting, fishing, getting outdoors in any way, watching and playing sports and spending time with family and friends. Scott is active in both Hampden-Sydney and Woodberry Forest Alumni networks and Richmond Ducks Unlimited Committee.
