Russell provides acquisition, disposition, leasing, development and consulting services to industrial, office and investment clients primarily in the Central Virginia market.

Russell is a native Richmonder, has an engineering degree from Vanderbilt University, and an MBA from the College of William & Mary. He practiced engineering for about ten years before entering the commercial real estate field in the mid 1990’s.

Russell began his real estate career as an industrial sales and leasing agent with Harrison & Bates. He joined Commonwealth Commercial in 1998 and became a partner in 2000. He expanded his practice to include investment and office brokerage as well as fee development and consultative work.

Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering, with a major in Environmental Engineering, from Vanderbilt University in 1984.

Masters Degree in Business Administration, with a major in Finance, from The College of William & Mary in 1989.
