As a Senior Vice President with Commonwealth Commercial and 30 years of experience in the industry, Hank specializes in the brokerage of land with a strong concentration in timberland, farms, large recreational properties and transitional land for development.
Experience
Hank joined Commonwealth Commercial in 2002. He has continued a practice of real estate services focused primarily on the brokerage of timberland, farms, recreational properties, and large transitional land tracts. Hank has offered seller and buyer representation services to institutional owners, private partnerships, conservation groups, and numerous other large private landowners across Virginia.
Prior to Commonwealth Commercial, Hank joined Virginia Realty & Relocation (1994), where he focused his practice on rural estates and agricultural properties across Central Virginia.
Hank has sold over 100,000 acres of real estate in central Virginia consisting of institutionally and privately-owned timberland as well as large farms and recreational properties.
Education
Bachelor of Arts Degree from Hampden-Sydney College in 1992 where he was a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa Society for Leadership
Recipient of the Anna Carrington Harrison Award for Leadership
Holds his Broker’s license and is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI)

Member of the Virginia Association of Realtors
Involved in activities with the Virginia Forestry Association, Ducks Unlimited, the National Wild Turkey Federation and the Coastal Conservation Association
